Job summary

Navion Senior Living's Northlake House is seeking Certified Medication Technicians to deliver medication administration and resident care oversight in a cutting-edge Memory Care Community.

This is a Full-Time opportunity with all shifts available and Every Other Weekend Required. Northlake House partners with Tapcheck, enabling team members to access earned wages instantly and empowering financial flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
• Ability to express self in written and oral communication in an interdisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive working relationship with residents, family members and staff.
• Promotes and protects residents rights and treats residents with dignity and respect.
• Attends in-service and education programs and obtains continuing education as required by state regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents’ information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Documentation is completed in an informative and descriptive manner.
• All changes in a resident’s condition are reported to the supervisor promptly.
