Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide to provide warm, engaging personal care and support to our senior residents. You will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor health changes, collaborating with the nursing team to update each resident's care plan.

Qualifying candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a Medication Aide certification (or applicable technician credentials).

• You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, RI, PA, VA).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
