Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is hiring a Medication Aide to provide warm personal care and assist with ADLs for our residents in a Maryland community. You will work with the nurse to update resident care plans, encourage activity participation, and ensure safety and dignity in daily routines.

The role requires a high school diploma and a current Medication Aide certification (NJ) or Technician credentials in MD, RI, PA, VA or NY. We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits and a supportive team.

• You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, RI, PA, VA, NY).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
