Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated caregiver/medication aide in our Catonsville, MD community to provide compassionate personal care and assist residents with daily activities. You will work closely with nurses to monitor changes and update Resident Care Plans while encouraging participation in community programs.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and active medication aide or technician credentials, plus a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, RI, PA, VA).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
