Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking caring team members to provide warm, person-centered assistance to residents in our Maryland community. You will support daily activities, engage residents with companionship, and collaborate with nursing staff to update individualized care plans.

You will also encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities to promote wellbeing. Applicants should have a positive attitude, a high school diploma, and valid Medication Aide or Technician

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, RI, PA, VA, NY) .

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
