Job summary

The Rehabilitation Center of Independence is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to ensure medications are administered safely, accurately, and on time while delivering exceptional resident care. This role works under the supervision of the Charge Nurse to support a positive and caring environment for residents and staff.

Qualified candidates hold a Missouri CNA license, CPR/BLS certification, and a current Medication Technician Certification.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician Certification required.
• CPR/BLS Certified.
• Current CNA license in the state of Missouri.
• Previous long-term care or patient care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and resident-centered mindset.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
