Cameron Nursing Center is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team. You will work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse to ensure medications are administered safely, accurately, and on time, supporting our commitment to resident safety.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, English communication, and adherence to charting procedures, with opportunities for professional development and participation in in-services.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician (CMT) certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Patient Care Supervisor
• Maintain accurate medication documentation and drug inventory records
• Report medication reorders in a timely manner
• Follow proper charting and documentation procedures
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and required in-services

Job Summary
