Job summary

Spring Haven Senior Living – Winter Haven, FL is seeking Certified Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to join our compassionate team. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting residents with daily living, and monitoring for changes in condition across Assisted Living and Memory Care.

We offer multiple shifts (including weekends) with AHCA Level 2 background screening and pre-employment drug screening requirements.

Qualifications

Spring Haven Senior Living – Winter Haven, FL

Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to join our team. Our community offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care, and team members play a vital role in supporting residents across all areas.

We are currently hiring for multiple shifts, including:

• 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
• 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Weekend positions (full-time or part-time available for every weekend coverage)

Weekend rotation is required for all staff.

Staff are expected to cross-train and support both Assisted Living and Memory Care as needed.
