Qualifications

• Experience reading complex blueprints and inspection standards.

Responsibilities

• Visually and mechanically inspect parts, subassemblies, and assemblies to conformance.
• Program CMM equipment and upgrade software.
• Collaborate with QA engineering on inspection projects and SPC/gage R&R.
• Perform first piece validation and complex inspections.
• Maintain calibration records and generate QC documents.
• Prepare reports and graphs of acceptance rates.
