Job summary

The Woodstock Inn is seeking a Certified Massage Therapist to join our spa team. The successful candidate will perform massage and body treatments in a high-end customer service environment.

The candidate will be professional and prompt, have a diverse understanding of anatomy and massage techniques, and be able to read client's needs accurately. Qualifications

• Possess Vermont massage license.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, congenial personality.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, busy service environment while maintaining composure.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience providing massage services preferred.
• Proficient in various massage types (Swedish, deep tissue); other modalities a plus.
• Must be able to perform three to four consecutive massages.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Team-oriented and able to work with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of massage services and knowledge of spa offerings.
• Perform all treatments with regard to guest safety, wellbeing and privacy.
• Begin and end all treatments on time.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and sanitized.

Job Summary:

The Certified Massage Therapist will perform massage and body treatments in a high-end customer service environment. Job Specifications:

• Expected Pay Range:Starting $11.00 per hour plus commission
  • The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time or Full Time
• Must be available weekends and holidays
