Massage Envy is seeking passionate Massage Therapists to join our South OC clinics. We offer steady clientele, a supportive team, and strong pay with full benefits. Part-time earn an average of $38K and full-time average $88K+ annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• CAMTC Certified Massage Therapist is required.
• Graduate from an accredited Massage Therapy program (500+ hours).
• Passion for helping people feel and perform their best.
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
• Availability for at least one closing shift during the week and one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized, therapeutic, and professional sessions for each client.
• Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
• Educate guests on the benefits of regular bodywork and recommend visit frequency.
• Offer service enhancements and upgrades to maximize the client experience.
• Collaborate with the front desk to convert guests into long-term members.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client session notes.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of your treatment room and shared spaces.
• Be a team player who supports peers and contributes to a positive clinic culture.
