Massage Envy South OC is hiring massage therapists to join a busy, supportive team in Southern California. Part-time roles offer steady clientele with an average of about $38K annually, while full-time therapists can average over $88K per year plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Role as a Massage Therapist

• Deliver customized, therapeutic, and professional sessions for each client
• Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate guests on the benefits of regular bodywork and recommend visit frequency
• Offer service enhancements and upgrades to maximize the client experience
• Collaborate with the front desk to convert guests into long-term members
• Maintain accurate and detailed client session notesEnsure cleanliness and organization of your treatment room and shared spaces
• Be a team player who supports your peers and contributes to a positive clinic culture

What We're Looking For

• CAMTC Certified Massage Therapist, or
• Graduate from an accredited Massage Therapy program (500+ hours)
• Passion for helping people feel and perform their best
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Availability for at least one closing shift during the week and one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
