The NOW Minneapolis North Loop is seeking a Founding Massage Therapist to join their new massage boutique in Minneapolis. Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability for at least one PM and one weekend shift (Friday PM counts as a weekend shift)
• Full‑time and part‑time positions available
• Boutique Hours:
  • Monday‑Friday: 10AM‑9PM
  • Saturday: 9AM‑9PM
  • Sunday: 10AM‑7PM

Responsibilities

• Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy
• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
• Maintain service room to standards; all supplies are provided

Qualifications

• Desire to be part of a team with an infectious passion for health and wellness
• Must present a license or school certificate during the interview process
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities
• Availability during prime earning potential periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, exert well‑paced mobility for up to 6 hours; ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch (including grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, climbing, listening, hearing, and visual acuity)
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for therapeutic massage
