Kokosing, Inc. is seeking certified welders for on-site positions in Baltimore, MD and Hopewell, VA. Candidates must pass AWS D1.1 FCAW and AWS D1.5 SMAW tests for bridge work, with CDL and TWIC credentials preferred.

Responsibilities include fabricating and repairing equipment and structures using MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques. The role requires working at heights with fall protection, handling heavy tools, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass AWS D1.1 FCAW/D1.5 SMAW for bridge work and all other structural welding.
• Driver's license with good driving record; Class B CDL preferred.
• Merchant Marine and Able-Bodied Seaman credentials preferred.
• TWIC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Fabricate, join, repair equipment, fixtures, and structures using multiple welding techniques.
• Design, fabricate, join, and repair metal objects based on plans and specifications.
• Operate welding equipment and hand tools; read plans and work orders to determine requirements.
