Cornerstone Ford/Chrysler in Elk River, MN is seeking a Certified Light Duty Technician to join our team. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and document all work on repair orders while communicating with the Service Advisor.

Qualifications

• Technician with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience working on all types of vehicles.
• Current valid driver's license; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Accurately records all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Effectively communicates with the Service Advisor.
• Examines assigned vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is needed.
• Complies with federal, state and local regulations (hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know).
• Operates tools safely and wears safety equipment.
• Keeps customers' cars clean and shop areas neat.
