Job summary

Haynes Furniture and The Dump in Dallas, TX is seeking a dependable Lift Operator / Warehouse Associate to move merchandise, manage inventory, and support daily operations in our warehouse and store environment.

In this full-time role you will operate lift equipment, scan and track items with RF systems, prepare orders for customer pickups, and help keep areas clean, safe, and organized while following all safety policies.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and heavier items with assistance or equipment
  • Comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Basic computer or scanning experience preferred
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Responsibilities

  • Operate lift and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Unload inbound shipments and move merchandise to proper storage locations
  • Stack, store, and organize product to prevent damage
  • Support customer pickup (CPU) and furniture handling as needed
  • Tag, label, and track merchandise accurately using RF scanners and systems
  • Match packing slips to purchase orders and report discrepancies
  • Assist with inventory counts, audits, transfers, and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety, security, and company policies

We’re looking for a dependableLift Operator / Warehouse Associate to help keep our warehouse and store operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll operate lift equipment, manage inventory flow, support customer pickups, and ensure merchandise is handled safely and accurately across departments.

What You’ll Do
