Job summary

Wave Aquatics in Redmond, WA seeks lifeguards with a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification to ensure guest safety at the Redmond Pool. The team emphasizes safety, guest service, and emergency readiness in a dynamic pool environment.

Positions are offered as part-time or full-time, non-exempt, with a minimum 6-month commitment preferred. Wages reflect experience, and eligible staff may access medical, dental, and vision benefits on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent guest service and supervise pool area.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies per safety protocols.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and facility checks.
• Maintain pool equipment and monitor water quality per standards.
• Complete incident reports as required.
