Job summary

The Evelyn Kirrane Aquatics Center in Brookline is seeking part-time Certified Lifeguards. Applicants must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training and CPR for the Professional Rescuer, and be at least 16 years old. The center will provide free Lifeguard Training certification after meeting hours requirements.

Shifts vary, with hours including mornings, days, evenings and weekends. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current certifications in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training or equivalent.
• American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifeguard supervision to ensure swimmer safety.
• Enforce pool rules and safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and perform rescues when needed.
