Key Responsibilities

• Instruct and Coach: Teach swimming techniques with a focus on safety and skill development, keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable.
• Assess and Adapt: Evaluate each student’s progress and tailor your teaching methods to fit their unique needs.
• Create a Safe Environment: Keep an eye on participants to ensure everyone is safe and having fun during lessons.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Team up with fellow instructors to enhance our programs and share your ideas for improvement.
• Provide Feedback: Engage with students and parents, offering insights on performance and areas for growth.
• Assist with Lifeguarding Duties: Be proactive in maintaining safety across the facility as needed.

• Wednesday: 8:45 am - 12:15 pm; 3:45 pm - 7:15 pm
• Thursday: 8:45 am - 12:15 pm; 3:45 pm - 7:15 pm
• Friday: 8:45 am - 12:15 pm
• Saturday: 8:45 am - 12:45 pm
• Sunday: 9:15 am - 1:45 pm

Lenexa

• Monday: 3:45 pm - 7:15 pm

Who Will You Report To?

You’ll be guided and supported by our fantastic Assistant General Managers: David Hoelting, Catherine Buist, and Alex Randall.

Compensation

• Competitive pay of $14+/hour, with negotiable rates for highly experienced candidates.
