As an NFC Amenity Pool Attendant/Lifeguard, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses. Your goal is to make residents feel at home by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation while ensuring their safety.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting pool guests courteously.
• Providing information about pool hours and relevant details professionally.
• Enforcing pool safety rules politely.
• Setting up and arranging pool furniture for relaxation and enjoyment.
• Maintaining a clean and safe pool deck.
• Monitoring the pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
• Keeping records of pool attendance and incidents.
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and sunlight.
• Stocking the pool stand with approved amenities.
• Monitoring weather conditions and following protocols for swimmer safety.
• Following property procedures for access by residents, guests, and vendors.
• Wearing a clean uniform.
• Interacting positively with residents and guests.
