Job summary

Grow With Us Learning Academy is seeking a Certified Lead Teacher dedicated to nurturing young learners across all developmental domains. You will design weekly, age-appropriate lessons, employ storytelling, arts, games, and outdoor activities, and document each child’s progress.

You’ll maintain a structured daily routine, communicate regularly with families, support social-emotional growth, address developmental concerns, and uphold health and safety standards in a warm, engaging classroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a childcare lead teacher.
• Strong understanding of child development and current early education practices.
• Creative, patient, and able to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement weekly lesson plans that promote creativity, learning, and age-appropriate skill development.
• Use diverse teaching methods including storytelling, hands-on activities, creative arts, games, and outdoor learning.
• Evaluate and document children’s developmental progress through observations and daily notes.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment at all times.
