Responsibilities
- Lead inventory operations, procurement processes, formulary alignment, and perpetual inventory accuracy.
- Oversee controlled substance programs, diversion prevention, and DEA/institutional policy compliance.
- Conduct audits and analytics on inventory, costs, shortages, and supply chain resilience.
- Lead system-wide medication safety initiatives, risk mitigation, and staff education.
- Coordinate root-cause analyses and act as pharmacy safety advisor to leadership.
