Qualifications

• 2+ years of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience
• Active state pharmacy technician registration
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in applicable jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Prepare hazardous and non-hazardous medications in sterile IV rooms
• Deliver medications to nurse areas and restock IV rooms and Pyxis machines
• Oversee inventory, formulary alignment and perpetual inventory accuracy
• Lead safety initiatives, risk mitigation and staff education
