Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field or CDA or MA Teacher certification required
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentor Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
