Godine Early Learning in Newton, MA seeks a passionate Certified Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher to join a supportive team of educators. The role focuses on fostering growth through nurturing interactions, age-appropriate activities, and strong collaboration with lead and co-teachers in a faith-friendly community.

Qualifications

• Requires EEC Certification or must be eligible to become certified immediately.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• An AA in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead and co-teachers to implement a developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum.
• Communicate and document children’s interactions and experiences aligned with best practices.
• Maintain records and write progress reports, observations, and assessments using COR Advantage.
