Qualifications

• Associate degree or CDA credential or MA teacher certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in licensed child care facility preferred.

• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activities across multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring teachers and assistants within our centers.
• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Curating programs based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Partnering with families to plan the best care and education for children.
• Communicating effectively with parents/guardians about their child.
