Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Medway, MA is seeking a full-time early childhood educator to oversee programs in multiple classrooms and mentor teachers. You will create developmentally appropriate curricula aligned with NAEYC standards and tailor activities to each child's learning style.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CDA credential, or MA teacher certification is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must meet state criteria for childcare employment.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curating programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Partnering with families to create plans to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
