Homewatch Caregivers of Woodbridge is seeking certified in-home caregivers to provide quality care with love and build meaningful relationships with clients in their own homes. We offer flexible hours, paid mileage, and career advancement opportunities.

Caregivers assist with activities of daily living, keep clients engaged with social activities, appointments, and errands, and use our Care app to track care plans and communicate with the office and families.

Qualifikationen

• Must provide verification of any certifications held
• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
• Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, DMV checks, TB and drug screening tests
• Must meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

Aufgaben

• Provide quality in-home care with love and develop meaningful relationships with clients
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and maintain their home environment
• Keep clients engaged with social activities, appointments and errands
• Use Care app to track client care plans, changes in ADL status and outcomes
• Coordinate with the office and family to share updates and maintain care continuity
