Homewatch CareGivers of Chapel Hill and Cary is seeking certified in-home caregivers to join our growing team and bring our care philosophy to life.

You will provide ADL assistance, maintain a safe home, and help clients stay connected through social activities, appointments, and errands, while using our Care app to track shifts and responsibilities.

This role offers flexible hours, paid training, opportunities for advancement, and engagement with a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Must provide verification of any certifications held.
• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility.
• Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, TB and drug screening tests.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living assistance and support.
• Maintain client home environment and safety.
• Keep clients engaged with social activities, appointments, and errands.
• Interact with care team to follow care plans and communicate client needs.
