Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers and DSPs to provide in-home support under an established plan of care. You will help clients live independently with dignity and comfort.

You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and meaningful companionship, following safety and privacy guidelines. CPR and caregiver licensing are required to qualify for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Caregiver license required (see additional information section for specific details).
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Prepare meals and special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping activities.
• Provide transportation assistance to and from activities.
• Provide compassionate companionship to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
