Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home services across our community. You will follow an established plan of care and help clients with daily activities, meals, mobility support, and transportation as needed.

We value dependable caregivers who communicate well, protect client privacy, and work independently to enhance our clients’ quality of life. This role involves companionship, safety, and personalized care planning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Caregiver License required (see additional information section for specifics).
• Valid CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Prepare meals and special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping activities.
• Provide transportation assistance to and from activities.
• Provide compassionate companionship to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
