Responsibilities

• Analyzes outpatient charts and assigns appropriate responsibility for completion.
• Develops systems for regular quality control reviews for accuracy.
• Tracks problems related to record completion and reports to Supervisor.
• Ensures records are available when requested and complete for medical staff.
• Completes data entry, claim, and report generation.
• Maintains professional conduct and communicates effectively with customers, patients, payors and staff.
• Performs other related duties as required to meet emergencies.
• Stays updated on changes in guidelines.
