Job summary

ALL Crane Rental of Alabama, LLC in Theodore, Alabama, seeks a certified Crane Operator with CDL to join our full-time team. You will operate Hydraulic Mobile Cranes, read lift plans, and ensure safety compliance on site.

The role includes documenting actions, adhering to regulations, and supporting rigging and crane setup/teardown. We offer competitive wages, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of service.

Qualifications

• Active crane certification from an OSHA-approved testing organization.
• Class-A CDL is highly desired.
• Experience with rigging preferred.
• Experience in crane setup and tear-down is a definite plus.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hydraulic Mobile Crane.
• Read lift plans, load charts and operate a personal computer.
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations.
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
