Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Journeyman HVAC License.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions across building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
• Assist in installation, replacement, and upgrade of building components.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, including filters and coil cleaning.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to schedule work with minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
• Support inspections and audits by addressing deficiencies.
