Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a Certified HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The technician should understand HVAC components and work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities operations.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions across building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
• Assist in installation, replacement, and upgrade of building components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to schedule work with minimal disruption.
• Ensure work complies with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Support facility inspections and audits.
