Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC’s Hilton College Station property is seeking a Certified HVAC Specialist to join the engineering team. You will maintain, repair, and install HVAC equipment across the hotel to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate has EPA 608 certification, 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience, and the ability to read schematics. This on-site role requires on-call rotation and a commitment to hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
• HVAC certification from an accredited technical school preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, motors, compressors, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hotel HVAC systems including rooftop units and chillers.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues and maintain logs.
• Coordinate with contractors and participate in on-call rotation.

This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment throughout the hotel to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for our guests and team members.
