Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in New Jersey is seeking certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care.

Join a team dedicated to compassionate, person-centered support, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. You will deliver hands-on care, assist with ADLs, and help clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification or CNA license.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' condition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate communication with clients, families, and the care team.
• Deliver reliable, respectful, and person-centered care.
