SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring Caregivers, CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate, non-medical support in clients’ homes across the community. You will offer companionship, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping while maintaining punctual, reliable care and clear communication with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistent
• Accurately report EVV clock ins/outs, ADL notes and visit information for client care plans

As a Caregiver CNA HHA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
