Synergy HomeCare in New Jersey is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for live-in and hourly positions. You will support clients at home with compassionate care, under supervision, and coordinate with a friendly team to maintain high care standards.

Ideal candidates hold NJ CHHA certification, have 1+ year of caregiving experience, CPR/First Aid, and clean background checks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• NJ CHHA Certification is required.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Current PPD or chest X-ray.
• Immunization record (MMR, COVID-19 and flu).
• Two professional and two personal references.
• Driver's license/Car preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Annual in-service records.
• Background check clearance.
