Assisted Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for our Mission Hills branch. The role offers up to three 12-hour shifts per week at $23 per hour. You must hold a Home Health Aide Certification through the California Department of Public Health.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved training program pursuant to Federal/State law.
• Current, active California CHHA certificate with criminal background check.
• Current CPR, health clearance and completed skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patient with personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition support, ambulation and exercise as defined by the CHHA Assignment.
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of CHHA services per plan of care.
• Communicate with RN, Rehab Case Manager or Clinical Supervisor about changes in patient condition or needs.
