Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join a growing home care team that prioritizes caregivers. The role focuses on assisting clients with daily activities, providing companionship, and supporting clinicians with care plans in a respectful, growth‑oriented environment.

As a CHHA, you will perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders while ensuring adherence to nursing care plans and timely documentation.

Qualificações

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
