Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join a growing team dedicated to high-quality home care. You will provide daily living assistance, companionship, and support, following care plans set by the nurse, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting of changes.

Ideal candidates hold a NJ CHHA license, have a high school diploma, and demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication.

• NJ CHHA license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
