Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our growing team in New Jersey. We value caregivers and provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and following care plans. A NJ CHHA license is required, and candidates should pass background checks and health screening.

Qualificações

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report changes in client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
