Qualifications

• Valid HHA Certification (Required)
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other personnel
• Ability to multitask and handle various personalities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and stressful conditions
• Works well in a team environment, as well as independently
• Ability to assist clients with personal care activities and provide companionship
• Familiarity with recording vital signs and following care plans

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities and provide companionship per care plan
• Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Follow the prescribed care plan and report changes promptly
• Support with household tasks directly related to the client’s well-being
