Home & Health Care Management, Inc. is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to join our California team in the Redding area. You will work with an interdisciplinary health team to support patients transitioning from hospital to home care and help them stay safely in the community.

We require active CA HHA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check. This on-site role offers part-time or per-diem schedules with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide with state certification in California.
• Strong patient-interaction skills and ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and safe patient handling.
• Ability to multi-task and perform duties in a timely, organized manner.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with personal care (bathing, oral hygiene, meals, dressing, mobility).
• Perform duties accurately and in a timely manner as assigned.
• Notify office of any abnormal findings or conditions.
