Qualifications

• Must hold a current and active CHHA certificate and/or license.
• Meets the training requirements of the State.
• Has a current CPR certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care following the CHHA plan of care.
• Reports changes and patient/family complaints to the registered nurse.
• Maintains patient privacy and respects patient rights.
