Stand Out Home Care, a growing home care agency based in Hamilton, NJ, is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a real difference in people’s lives. As a CHHA, you will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, help with light housekeeping and meals, and follow individualized care plans.

Valid New Jersey CHHA license and a high school diploma are required; reliable transportation and strong

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
