Stand Out Home Care is a rapidly growing home care agency based in Hamilton, NJ. We are hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a real difference in people’s lives.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans. Ideal candidates have a valid New Jersey CHHA license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate compassion, reliability, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Must have a valid New Jersey CHHA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
