Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, monitoring health changes, and maintaining records, along with delivering companionship and support under care plans.

Qualifications

• Certified HHA or equivalent training as required by state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
• Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, and needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate client records.
