Home Helpers Home Care of Summit, NJ is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to join our team and help clients live comfortably at home.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable and able to work independently while following care plans and reporting changes to supervision. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, and maintaining a safe living environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Home Health Aide from the New Jersey Board of Nursing is required.
• Experience in home health care is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid CPR certification (preferred).
• Strong communication, compassion and ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming and daily activities.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and support client independence.
